Patterson Homes is committed to building a strong and solid relationship with our homeowners. We strive to achieve an exceptional level of customer satisfaction starting from the moment you talk with our Sales Consultant and continuing even after you move into your new home.

We know the purchase of a new home is one of the single largest investments your family will ever make. To help protect that investment, we include a quality one (1) year warranty that adheres to the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines (RCPG) published by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

It is Patterson Homes' policy to provide timely and courteous service for all warrantable items as defined by the provisions of the contract and in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Homeowner's Guide. Of course weather conditions, parts availability, and contract rescheduling must be taken into account. If you are within your one (1) year warranty period, please submit your requests through the Warranty Request Form.
