We start the design process using your families personalized Needs Analysis. We then do a site analysis of your lot or we work with you to find the perfect lot for your family.

Combining information from your needs analysis and your site analysis, our team works with your family to design your dream home.

Starting with the information gained from your Needs Analysis, site analysis, Houzz Ideabooks, etc. we begin designing your dream home that matches your lifestyle and budget. 

Our design team includes a draftsman and builder to make sure we answer all the important questions during the design process. If you have hired an interior designer, we suggest them attending this meeting or we have interior designers we recommend if you are interested in their services.


This includes final plan changes, budgeting, preliminary selections, drafting, and specification development.


This step includes signed approval of plans, specifications, and budget. 


Your build begins with a client kickoff meeting where final project scheduling is developed along with a and an overview of our BuilderTrend project management portal. 

During your build our selections coordinator will assist you with all of your selections, allowance budgeting, and the quality control of the finish vendors.

Our implementation procedures include daily on-site management, weekly updates, progress photos, direct involvement from the builder, onsite meetings, and internal quality control procedures to assure your home exceeds your expectations.

Move In

This begins with a customer walk thru where we go through your home in detail to make sure all systems and features are understood.  A “punch list” is developed in this meeting to detail any remaining items that may have been found. Once the home is punch-list free it is time to Move In.
